The information provided through this Site is for general informational and real estate purposes and does not constitute a guarantee that any particular property, service, transaction, or real estate outcome will be available or suitable for you.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from iDeal Real Estate, you agree that we may send SMS/text messages relating to:

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you provide consent again.
